Payments are made via our banking partners 2CO.com and Bluesnap.com. No card numbers are stored by monVPN.

PRICING

Tariffs and offers may change at the beginning of the month. Clients will continue with the same tariff or offer they have signed up for. In order to access a new offer, clients may create a new account.

CANCELLATION

All subscriptions, except for the weekly plan are automatically renewed. You can cancel your subscription by email, by raising a ticket or within the client area > services > post details > request cancellation.
If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a refund on your subscription within 3 days of the weekly subscription or 7 days for other subscriptions.

P2P

monVPN.com does not block software using the bittorent network on servers in Russia, Canada, Luxembourg or the Netherlands. This P2P is blocked on all other servers.

PERSONAL USE

Customers must be 18 years old or over. Users are responsible for safeguarding the certificate used to access the service, along with the activities and actions carried out under the certificate. monVPN.com cannot and will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused by not respecting this requirement. Sharing your password or allowing unauthorised access is expressly forbidden. You should take every care to protect your account from others as you will be held responsible for their use.

MONVPN LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law of the Republic of the Seychelles, monVPN.com and its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, managers, employees, agents, partners and its licensors will not be held responsible for direct, indirect, circumstantial, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of benefits, data, usage, good will or any other intangible losses, resulting from access or lack of access to services, all content or behaviour of the third party service user, including but not limited to: all defamatory, injurious or illegal use by other users or third parties, all content coming from different services, and non authorised access, use or alteration of transmission or their content based on a guarantee, contract, crime (including negligence) or any other legal theory whether monVPN has been informed of the possibility of damages or not, and even if a remedy described in the present conditions has not achieved its original aim.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Clients agree to follow our acceptable use policy or their account will be suspended or cancelled. The service must not be used for illegal activity or to support illegal activity.
